How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
Your must let us know you wish to return the item within 14 days of when you received it.
1. Please email email@example.com
2. Tell us your email address, delivery address and order number and the reason for the return and if you require a refund or replacement.
3. We will reply providing you with details of how to return your item.
4. Once we have received your item we will process your return and action the refund or replacement.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Goods are returned to us at your own expense. We can only refund return delivery charges if the return is a result of our error, or faulty goods. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s account.
Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession.
If you have purchased items from Black Rose Red Thorns the following applies:
You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products you have ordered.
You must not try on products wearing strong perfume/deodorant or makeup/creams which may leave a scent or marks on the products.
You must protect the products from smells such as smoke or cooking.
