How can I pay for my order?
All payments are through PayPal, when you checkout you are redirected to the PayPal website and you can either log in with your existing account or use the option at the bottom of the PayPal screen that lets you pay with a debit or credit card with no need to have an account with PayPal. For discretion all PayPal payments will show as being paid to Black Lodge Trading.
Will my order be discretely packaged?
All items are sent in a plain brown box. For overseas order if we need to use a customs declaration we use the term “Costume Jewellery” to describe the contents of the package. Please note that for international orders we are not responsible for any import duty or charges incurred when the package arrives in your country. It is your responsibilty to check if such charges may apply to a package you are recieving from the United Kingdom and it is your responsibility to pay any such charges.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3 for UK orders, £10 for Europe and £14 for the rest of the world.
The only exception is our keyrings, these are charged at £1.50 for UK orders and £10 for the rest of the world.
We receive a delivery confirmation for all orders so we know that your item has reached you safely.

What is BioThane?
BioThane is the brand name of the coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it incredibly strong and durable, waterproof and easy to clean.
It is manufactured in the USA and we use only genuine BioThane products supplied by the only authorised UK distributor.
How do I clean my BioThane collar?
Biothane is best cleaned with a soft damp cloth, dry any metal components with a soft clean cloth then allow the collar to air dry completely.
If absolutley necessary you can wash your collar with warm soapy water. Ensure it is rinsed well then follow the instructions above.

The description of each collar gives a breakdown of what the individual parts of the collar are made from.
We use the highest quality components, favouring nickel plated brass or solid stainless steel where possible.
